I agree that pharma drugs mask the causes and I am thrilled that you were able to take back control in such a simple yet powerful manner! There are also natural remedies available such as Bach Flower Remedy, and L tryptophan, Endorphins and GABA supplements which also are helpful (the last 3 are recommended here by naturopath Trudi Scott https://www.everywomanover29.com/blog/about/)

I use GBA about an hour and a half before I go to bed, and if I drink enough water to make for the moisture, I lose when I’m anxious I sleep like a baby sometimes as much is nine or 10 hours. Which tells me it’s stress.

I think we should all have an MD and a naturoapath too really have optimum health. Fi Glad you have a good naturopath
